Sillyboy lives in a old detached house, above railway network, in a working-class suburb of Athens, called "Kokkinos Mylos". The term "above" was gained over the years, especially after the latest construction projects of the municipality, that brought trains "almost" inside his lounge, "by" the console and “next” to the speakers. This railway peculiarity is the trademark of the home studio "Medicine", a peculiarity which could one easily find in many aspects of Sillyboy. From urban music and temperamental lyrics, to bass grooves, rhythmic vintage-pop and at times art-rock orchestrations.

The sound of the passing trains make him feel like he is traveling and the vibrations like he is constantly changing tunes. Just like way back in the '90 where he decided to quit his conventional job to work entirely with music. A choice that guided him to this neighborhood were everything make sense. He begins composing original music for TV commercials, shows and movies while he is recording and producing records for others and himself, which brought him to his first album titled “Played”. The sound of the album could be described as soulful – vintage pop with bits and pieces of synth elements. Throughout his different stations, performing the first album live, he records his second album “Nature Of Things”. The sound now changes to more guitar based melodies, nostalgic lyrics but still with a vintage mood similar to his previous work.

It’s mid 2014 and the time is right to “Do It Again”. There couldn’t be anything more appropriate than this for his new album’s ‘Stalker” first single title. Staying true to his own unofficial deadline of 2 years (2010-2012-2014) he does it again with his 3rd personal album. Going back to the retro pop feeling of his first album, this time though there is a clear futuristic touch. With a compact production, filled with guitar riffs, catchy melodies surrounded by a haunting bass, incredible electronic atmospheres, his new project “Stalker” shows his concept of pop music. Memories of people passing by, visions of nights to come. It’s all about sex and a place to pretend. A retro pop approach to everyday ‘s life. Music with a reason and a meaning by a man of mystery, passion and a brilliant mind. Music with a reason from a true artist.

Sillyboy is a monk. Living in a cave and praying all day for humanity ‘s shake. From time to time his prays sound like music and somebody recorded them so we could all witness this miracle.

Sillyboy is a knight. Travelling through the ages with one cause. To find and save the love of his life from the hands of a cruel king. Her name, “Music, the king’s name “Inelegance”.

Sillyboy is a rock star. His days and nights have no difference. It’s all about sex and a place to pretend.

Sillyboy is a guy next door. Bored of doing anything. From time to time he listens to the birds singing outside his window and an application helps him to convert their songs in electronic music.

Sillyboy is a banker. When he comes back home stressed, he explodes. He breaks and destroys everything in front of him. What remains safe is his “Medicine” studio were he then hides to relax and create.

Sillyboy is an astronaut. In his journeys he collects sounds coming from distant planets and when he gets back he presents them as his own.

Sillyboy is a computer. It creates 64.497.602.539 tracks every day. Some of them became hits in the past. Some will become hits in the future.
